With the helicopter departments of the State Police and the Fire Brigade, the EIL Systems were subjected to stress under gusts generated by the helicopter rotors for use near heliports and the preparation of occasional helipads.

The Advantages

All EIL Systems products are made of a four-layer semi-transparent technical fabric with high mechanical resistance combined with artificial silk. In portable light towers, the patented fabric intercepts the luminous flux of the LEDs at the source and spreads it homogeneously over the entire surface, eliminating the glare.The performance of this solution guarantees resistance to impacts, wear, atmospheric agents and UV rays.

The high light power of EIL Systems products is absorbed, filtered and distributed at 360 degrees on the large surface of the special diffuser fabric characterized by the presence of a thin layer of white artificial silk coupled with a series of transparent polyester layers which gives an extraordinary structural mechanical resistance to pressure, wind and weather.

The LEDs are positioned on the top of the supporting structure and cooled by a part of the air that keeps the supporting structure under pressure in the LUMINITE series and by special and adequate cooling fans in the GAIA series.

We can quantify the brightness of TOWERLUX products in operational terms by stating that within a radius of 30 m we can carry out precision work and activities (such as checking and assembling small instruments), reading a magazine or writing a report; up to carrying out rough jobs such as changing a tire (up to 50 m) and/or walking while avoiding obstacles on the ground (up to 80 m).

All our correctly installed products withstand wind gusts of up to 120 km/h.

All our products have a minimum level of protection of at least IP44, therefore rain and fine dust do not cause any disturbance. The light diffusing fabric with which they are produced is water-repellent and self-extinguishing.

YES. The Towerlux Hybrid Power can also be powered by electricity or a generator from 110 to 220V. In the event of a power cut, the automatic switch to battery power occurs

The complete charging time for the Towerlux Hybrid Power can vary from 1h for the model with 2 h of autonomy to approximately 5h for the model with up to 12h of autonomy.
