Every successful invention mankind has made, even the most complicated thing, has its roots in a simple idea. It is to that initial idea that everything can be traced.
We had a simple idea for technical illumination - and we have patented it all over the world. We then developed this idea and finally transformed it into a real object. The most important and successful firms in the sector of technical illumination have seen, studied, tested and appreciated our invention. Then they have purchased patent rights, turned it into an industrial product and progressively developed it.
Our simple idea has by now become a mature product manufactured in Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, India, Malaysia, the Philipines, Indonesia, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia.
Our mission is that of presenting this simple idea, which in the meantime has been developed into a mature product all over the world, while achieving collaboration with the best industrial partners that determine to follow us.
How can one person alone in 5 minutes illuminate an area arching over 10,000 sq meters, without disposing of on-line power, utilizing a low-cost system that is easily transportable in the trunk of an ordinary automobile?
Technically speaking, the question can also be asked in these terms: how can one person raise a light source with metallic iodides equivalent to 92000 lm of power to a height of 4 to 5 meters, without using a metallic structure, in order to allow illumination over a vast area, in just a few seconds? How can the system be supplied with an autonomous generator of current with a weight and a dimension that make it possible for only one person to operate the system, and make it transportable in the trunk of an ordinary car?
E.I.L. System has patented all over the world a lighting kit that works completely autonomously.
It is characterized by a supporting structure in synthetic fabric and an air-inflated cylinder which raises the light source from 4 to 5 meters high and provides excellent illumination over the entire area involved.
The whole structure can be easily made to function by a single person, in conditions of complete darkness, in less than 3 minutes, making it possible to illuminate surfaces 10000 sq meters. It can be carried in the trunk of an ordinary car.
The system is protected by an international patent according to the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
A series of axial fans constantly inflate air into the supporting structure, in which sufficient pressure is generated to guarantee the necessary stability to the system, bringing the light source up to the best operative level. The time needed for actuating the structure is 75 seconds.
During the inflation stage the structure is enlarged vertically and can be made to operate even in narrow spaces. Ground anchorage of the structure by thin cords of kevalr of carbonium, allows the system to operate even with wind gusts up to 65-85 kph.
All problems relative to internal humidity and heat developed by the light source, have been faced and resolved.
